About Anna

Anna has always enjoyed being physically active and began a daily Tai-chi practice in the mid 90's. It was then that she also began to regularly attend Bikram yoga classes with Michele Pernetta in North London. Her yoga style developed as she went on to study and practise many other styles including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dynamic, Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow.

Her many inspiring teachers have included: Cathy Louise Broda, Catriona Brokenshire, Gingi Lee, Glen ButcherGodfrey Devereux, Hamish Hendry, Lance Schuler, Louisa Sear, Matthew Vollmer, Sarah Litton, William Robertson, and most recently Julie Martin
